I am unable to change the date format to dd/mm/yyyy, this is the error I get
The following date time “25/10/2014 12:02 PM” ( d/m/Y g:i A ) can not be properly parsed by PHP due to its format and may cause incompatibility issues with Event Espresso. You will need to choose a more standard date time format in order for everything to operate correctly.
Please note that your date and time formats have been reset to “F j, Y” and “g:i a” respectively.
How do I change it then?

I changed the format to d-m-Y but it still doesn’t change in the single event edit page

Hi,
Dates are always entered in Y-m-d format in that section. Those cannot be changed, only the front end dates can be.

Is there a work around for this? It is quite confusing to have the date in this manner. Anyway I can make it m-d-Y?

Unfortunately not, which is why we have used the datepicker, to make it easier to find and enter the appropriate date and time.

I wanted to let you know that this is now available in the current version of Event Espresso 4 for the datepicker in the event editor within your WP dashboard.
First, please backup your WordPress site. Then upgrade to the latest version of Event Espresso 4.
