Cannot Access WP Dashboard and Site Admin

Cannot access the WordPress Admin site to turn on and off plugins. We are stuck in Maintenance Mode as well but cannot access WordPress Dashboard to deactivate this setting. How do we regain access to the admin site to access these settings?

You’ll have to use FTP or command line to look at the error logs, and then deactivate whatever plugin or theme that is throwing a fatal error. Once you deactivate those that plugin/theme, you should be able to access the WordPress dashboard.
