Hi,
As per the documentation at https://eventespresso.com/wiki/wp-user-integration/#ee4installation I should find User Integration Settings in Event Espresso–>Registration Form. I could find it after installing the user integration plugin.

Hi there,
You currently have Event Espresso 4 Decaf installed, you’ll need to switch over to the regular version to allow for all features.
De-activate the current version of EE4 installed on the site.
Go to your account page.
In the downloads section, download the laestest version of EE4 (4.10.10.p).
On the site go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New -> Upload plugin
Upload the .zip file you just downloaded and active it.
You may also need to re-activate the WP User integration add-on now as add-ons will de-activate when EE4 core is de-activated.
You should now have the settings page mentioned above.
