I have a few registrations that were submitted and my paypal was not set up correctly. So they never made is over to paypal to get charged. What is it that I need to do to get paid for these registrations? I’ve searched the forums for a fix but can’t seem to find one. I’ve thought about invoicing them via paypal but would rather submit through EE. Site is nobta.com which uses EE3 and the other site is theusatour4u.com which uses EE4. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, here are two ways to handle this:
1) Invoice via PayPal for each registration. Then apply payment via the transaction details screen for each registration. There is an apply payment button that appears in the payment details area. After clicking on it, you can enter payment information and then save changes.
2) Ask each attendee/registrant to register again and complete the payment via PayPal. Then cancel the old registrations.
