Hi, I am trying the demo of EE with the hopes that it can be used for our events management. We are a company that sells technical solutions and as part of our marketing strategy we offer many free Lunch & Learns, Seminars, and all kinds of client facing events that we do not charge for. I do not see a way to eliminate all pricing from EE though – is it possible?

Hi Donna,
By default, an event with no pricing will show as 0.00.
We do have a filter that could be used to show pricing for free events as “Free” or another word like complementary:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/show-ticket-price-zero-free/
This will offer you the flexibility of accepting payments for a paid event if one comes up in the future.
