Hi there, I am setting up a website for a training academy. I have evaluated a lot of different options but EventEspresso looks like it might be the best for this situation. Some questions first though: – I see that you allow multiple datetimes per event but in my EE4 Decaf test installation I don’t have that option. Is this functionality only available in the full version? Is there any way I can evaluate this feature before I buy to make sure it works as I hope? – How do you recommend setting up the events for what we require? – What is the best way to add/remove/modify parts of the registration form? I have used css to hide some elements but things such as the ticket breakdown should probably go entirely as it is currently showing nothing when i select a ticket. Thanks |

Hi, Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso.
Multiple datetimes is only available in the premium version, but you can access a full test drive by signing up (for free) over at http://demoee.org.
Well, currently events can only have one venue attached to it (we have something planned for this but it’s still in the works, with no definite release schedule). As such I think you would end up having a 4 events for the courses per venue. What I mean is that if in June-July (8 week period) all 3 venues run all 4 courses, you would need 12 events.
It depends on the exact needs, for something’s we have options for (General Settings > Templates tab) but other things would need CSS to hide them, especially if they are a part of a main element (for example, the ticket breakdown is part of the ticket selector, so would need to be hidden with CSS). Let me know if you have any more questions or need clarification, and don’t forget to give the test drive a try! |
