Calendar Format and Width

I have taken EE4 for a test drive and am thinking of purchasing the plugin.
Can the width of the columns in the calendar in week and month view be increased?
The demo site has these restricted to 66px. This causes problems with even the shortest event titles (see images attached). I would like these columns to be at least twice this width.

Hi Tony,

The calendar adapts to the size of the content area. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like on Twenty Twelve with no sidebar:
