Thanks Terry. It looks like there isn’t enough spacing so it appears there but is shifted into the sidebar.
Try this CSS in your child theme’s stylesheet or via a plugin that adds an additional stylesheet to your WordPress site such as My Custom CSS or Reaktiv CSS Builder:
#espresso_calendar table.fc-header {margin-top:65px}
Then refresh the page to see the changes and it should look like this:
