I have recently installed Event Espresso and the Calendar Add-On into my WordPress theme. I have not put in my license key yet as I am working in a local development environment. When I activate the Calendar Add-On, I encounter several issues: Any reason why this might happen? Is it related to the settings issue and the fact that I am unable to input a valid key until the site is live? |
Hello, Could you remove the existing Calendar add-on and download a new copy and install through WordPress plugins? — |

Can you provide a link? I cannot find the plugin through WordPress plugins. |
Hi beccarebs, This sounds like you are trying to use the Calendar Add-on with Event Espresso 4, if so EE4 currently does not support any of the EE3 Add-on’s and can not be used with them. Which version of Event Espresso do you currently have installed? If you go to Dashboard -> Plugins, do you not see the Calendar Add-on? |

Hi, |
You have access to both EE3 and EE4 from within your account page. Within your account page EE3 and EE3 Compatible Add-ons are displayed in green, EE4 blue. http://take.ms/CoJZz If you go to Dashboard -> Plugins, what plugins do you currently see? |

Ok I’ve uninstalled/deleted EE4 and installed EE3 and re-activated the add-ons. Here is my plugins page: http://i.imgur.com/U7JkHTE.png. I think I should be good now. Thanks. |
