Hi, the current way the venues get filtered is by ID and I wanted to know if there has been any updates from EE or if anyone could help me work out a hard-coded solution. I saw a previous post from a few months ago concerning this and wanted to follow up.
This venue ordering really does render the EE calendar useless as no legitimate website would have such a blatently flawed system in place.

Hi Natalie,
I’m sorry for the trouble. We really didn’t intend on making the calendar blatantly flawed by ordering the venues by ID. It was an oversight, and we feel really bad about this. The good news is, the next update to the calendar add-on will include a fix for the issue you’ve reported here.

The new version of Event Espresso 4 Calendar (3.2.4) was just released and it includes the change to the venue ordering.
