Calandar still n ot working with Striking

Josh I tried creating a custom template as you previously suggested however it behaves badly and the page is unusable. I have probably done something wrong. The page is:

Hi Espresso,

Josh has been helping with this problem, but he is now on holiday. He sent me a mail which should have had a page template attached but didn’t. Could you please send it again for me.

The calendar still doesn’t work. I am using [raw][ESPRESSO_CALENDAR][/raw] and the latest page templates (well, not quite because I can’t update to the next release). What happens is absolutely nothing! see

Do you know what template he was trying to send?

Here is the gist of the page template:

Upload the file to the striking theme directory. Then edit the calendar page and remove the calendar shortcode from the page content and select this new calendar page template for the page.
