Bug Report: pending approval html mismatch

I believe there’s a bug in
event-espresso/includes/process-registration/payment_page.php
on line 364

where the code ‘returns’ without echoing the close div on line 369.

For me the symptom was a broken page layout when registering on a waiting list with approval required yes.

When I comment out the return on line 364 everything works fine again.

Hope I’ve reported this in the right way
