Hi,
I have searched through the forums but I’m not finding an exact answer to one of my questions in considering Event Espresso.
We are a film festival. We encourage our customers to purchase tickets online prior to the event. However, like any film festival–or movie theatre–we have customers who show up to our box office and want to purchase a ticket for the next movie. How does Event Espresso handle walk-up sales where prior online event registration is not an option? Thank you.

How are you today?
The event admin can manually add registrations through the admin, however there is currently no payment processing available through the admin, so the users would need to pay via cash.
It wqould be possible to add registrations through the front-end, then allowing the user to pay using the standard payment gateways, but they would then need temporary access to the system inputting the details.
Have you registered on our demo site so you can see how this works?
If you register to Test Drive Event Espresso 4 you can create an event and manually add registrations there to see if that will suit your needs.
