Bought EE4 License, but account says EE3

1. I tried buying an EE4 license and it says I already have it.

2. But my account still says it’s for EE3 http://cl.ly/image/353f1v043L3H

3. And my site has this message: http://cl.ly/image/0C2C2b1k3A0J
which essentially says to go buy a new license, which puts me back at problem 1 –
but now it shows this message

Hi, as an Event Espresso 3 support license holder, you’ll gain access to Event Espresso 4 automatically.

If you are wanting to switch to an Event Espresso 4 only support license, then please contact sales here:

sales [at] eventespresso.com

I’ve also released your support license key. Try reactivating it on your site again.
