Hi,

I have installed free version and found it impressive, all working as expected, later i purchased premium version and configured. Now on registration, it displays blank page.
Kindly help, how to resolve?

Hi Khurram,
OK, a white screen of death (blank page) usually means that a fatal error has occurred somewhere or there’s a memory issue (there are other reasons but those two are the top two).
The first thing I would do is up the memory allocation via your wp-content.php file. This will try to increase the memory amount but if your host has hard capped it, no matter what you put here it won’t go higher than that hard cap.

I would suggest trying 256M and see if that helps.
If not the next thing to do is look for errors. Turn on WP_DEBUG in the wp-config.php file (http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG) and see if any errors appear. If they do please copy them exactly and paste them here in a reply.

Hi Dean,
Thanks for prompt reply. Yes i had upgraded from existing data with migration. error doesnt seem related with memory. Now i have deleted every thing (code and database) and executed this plugin on fresh install. Now i have 2 problems.
1: if i set maximum ticket to be purchased 1 from admin, on front end it doesnt show quantity as one
2: I had set bank as payment option, on invoice page, there is a warning message

I had made multiple registrations, but in admin panel, no registration is logged. it show 0 registrants.

Is this on the ticket itself or the ‘Event Registration Options’ – http://take.ms/7LFZH

This has been fixed in the next version of Event Espresso which will be released shortly. It is only shown whilst WP_Debug is active.

We’ve had no reports of any conflicts with 4.1.1

Do your registrations have a status of Approved or Pending Payment?
Only Approved registrations will be counted.
