We are no longer using EE3 and switched to using EE4 under the account of mark@mbakosassociates.com. I keep receiving emails from Lorenzo regarding billing of EE3. I won’t be renewing EE3. Thank you

Hi mark,

Your subscription is still labeled EE3, but as a courtesy we grant access to EE4/5 so that you can migrate. The name of the subscription at this point doesn’t matter. But if you want to change that, we can migrate you to the Everything License.

Does that make sense?

Can you fwd the email(s) you received about EE3 to support@eventespresso.com?

I sent the receipt for EE4. I am not sure what you need regarding EE3.

That different user is the same account for mbakosassociates.com

I need a copy of the EE3 emails you mentioned in the original post so I can see what you are getting so I can look into why.
