Hello,

thanks

Hi Gijsbert,

I am working on your installation now. I will let you know when it has been completed.

Hi Gijsbert,

I have completed the installation and configuration. However, there seems to be a compatibility issue. When I click “Submit” after filling in the registration form, I am directed to a blank page. This is likely due to a plugin incompatibility. Can you test? Try to rule out any plugin conflicts. Deactivate all non Event Espresso plugins and test to see if the issue is still occurring. If it is not, then we know it is a problem with another plugin. You can then find out which plugin it is by reactivating each plugin individually and testing to see if the problem starts happening after the activation. When it occurs after activating a plugin, then we know this is the culprit.

Jonathan,
I’ve deactivated all of the plugins, and I get the same blank page (I did refresh the page and also tested other browser).
It worked with the free version of EE 🙁
Doesn’t the lite version have to be active?

Now, this is urgent, since I have the plugin live for a couple of events. Can you fix this soon, please?

thank you

Hi Gijsbert,

If you go to Event Espresso -> System Status. Look under WP Memory Limit. Your install is set to 40M, the minimum we recommend for Event Espresso is 64M.

Personally I would set this to at least 96M

If you follow the steps available here:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Basically edit the wp-config.php file and add:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '96M' );

This needs to be included above this line:

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Thanks, Tony. I’ve upped the memory to 128M. Test -> still blank page.
Then deactivated all the plug-ins. Test -> Still blank page.

Looks like it is something else.

Got the links to events off the site, so we have time to get it working and for testing.

We can use this event for testing (up to id 25 I think).

Could you temporarily enable WP_Debug and see if any errors are thrown on that page please?

Great, thank you.

The reason this error is being thrown is the ‘Event Espresso – Infusionsoft Integration’ was activated, but no details input into Event Espresso -> Infustionsoft settings.

I have disabled the Add-on for the time being to test the registration works and it now does.

Do you have an account with Infusionsoft?

I think we don’t. Should we?
We use Solve360 from Norada for our CRM.
