Hi,

If someone chooses a bank draft payment, what’s his order status? Pending or confirmed? Does he actually takes a seat if the event has a limited capacity?
Let’s say I have an event with 20 seats capacity, and I have 20 people registered with offline registration with payment still pending. Is the event considered as fully booked or fully available? Can I modify this setting?

Still with offline payment method, is there any way to automatically cancel his registration if the admin hasn’t changed the payment status to “received” within let’s say a week?

Hi there,

If someone chooses a bank draft payment, what’s his order status? Pending or confirmed?

By default the registration would be ‘Pending Payment’.

It is possible to change this if you prefer.

Does he actually takes a seat if the event has a limited capacity?

No, the only registrations that apply to the event are ‘Approved’ registrations. Registrations become approved when:

1. The ticket the user registered onto is free.
2. The user pays in full using an on-line payment method.
3. The Admin manually changes the status to Approved.
4. The Admin sets the ‘Default Registration Status’ for the event to Approved (all registrations on the event are then approved)

Let’s say I have an event with 20 seats capacity, and I have 20 people registered with offline registration with payment still pending. Is the event considered as fully booked or fully available? Can I modify this setting?

Fully available.

With offline payment methods the Admin must set the registration to ‘Approved’ for them to apply to the event. You can modify the default registration status to Approved to automatically apply all registrants to the event, or use Pending Payment to allow the admin to ‘Approve’ the paid registrations.

Not automatically no.

The admin manually approves or cancels the registration themselves.
