Hi chaps it’s great news you’ve put badge templates in but I cannot see how to use them. Am I missing something obvious?

Hi there,
You can select the new templates on the Manage Ticket Templates screen where it says “Select a Template”. Normally the selection will say Default Template, but you can change that selection to use one of the new templates. There are some screenshots and more details in the documentation:

Ah, ok. I’d already made my own badge template – so you still can’t have a badge and a ticket for the same event?

Hi Rob,
Unfortunately not no, as the badge is basically the ticket. The templates we have basically break the ticket PDF into a badge area and ticket area http://d.pr/i/gRvM

Thanks for the responses. Something to work on for the future then! Because it would be ideal for the site owner to print the badge and the attendee print their own ticket.
