back up data base and migrate existing EE4.8.43p to EE4.9.0

I need help backing up my database and migrate my existing EE4.8.43.p (Core) data to EE4.9.0 (Core).

I have provided the ftp server address and credentials on the form. Please expedite backing up and migrating the existing info as our company’s online registration is hugely affected on this delay. thanks.
