Automatic plugin updates still unavailable after license key reset

My EE Promotions plugin is unable to automatically update “A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades”. My License Key is still valid and after having been reset, then clearing, saving & re-entering my Key, I’m still not able to get updates…

Hello,

I see that support services are currently enabled for your web domain.

Try deactivating and removing the add-on through the WP plugins screen in your WP dashboard. Then download a fresh copy here and upload and activate it:

Are you seeing this notice for any of the other add-ons such as MailChimp?
