Automatic Mail to the administrator

Is there a way to automatically send an E-Mail to the administrator if a new registration is done and waits for an acception?

Hi there,

Yes there is, I’m assuming you are using the ‘Not Approved’ status on the event?

If so you can go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Not Approved Registration -> Event Admin – http://take.ms/BmHkg

In the ‘To’ field add [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] and save.

That will tell EE to send the event admin email to the user account set as the author on the event when a registration is made.

If you are not using the’Not Approved’ default registration status I’ll need some details on your event set up.
