Is the ticket you are testing assigned to multiple datetimes within the event?

no there is only one datetime within this event

That is interesting. Can you try adding the ticket ID shortcode to the
[TICKET_LIST] section as a way to find out where that second datetime is coming from?

e.g.

Then check the next notification email that gets sent?
