Hi David,

Is there an error message displayed or the update is not showing?

What version of Event Espresso are you currently running?

it appears message below.

There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 4.3.0.p. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

I have reset your license key.

Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the key once again.

You should then be able to use the automatic updates.

Please be sure you have a Full Site Back-up before updating and if you have the EE4 Calendar active be sure to update that before updating core.

If you also have the EE4 Calendar installed you will need to update

Strange… we have made a fair amount of changes to the Auto Updates since the version number you are using, as such you may need to manually update in this instance.

Manually updating involves de-activating then deleting the current version of EE4 you have installed, then download the latest version from Your Account Page and upload that version using Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload, then active the new version.

Once you have done that repeat the steps above for resetting your key (as I have reset it once again)

Once you have done the above the error message should be removed.
