Is there a way to send an attendee an auto email the day after their class?

Hello,

No, this is not currently available with only Event Espresso.

However, if you are using MailChimp with Event Espresso 4, then it has a groups feature available.

You could setup an Automation to go out if a specific registrant is added to a specific group:
