Hi. Found topics how to delete registrations, but what about automatically deleting finished events( From displaying on the website, backend can stay)
Basically we want to show only ongoing/future events, not passed ones.

Hi there,
That happens by default on the event lists unless you’ve changed the settings to display ‘Expired’ events.
Which front end output are you looking at?
Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates.
Under the ‘Event list’ pages section make sure ‘Display Expired Events’ is set to no and the default events lists should no longer show them.

It is disabled, I attached screenshot. You can see it says expired.
What would be the reason for that to show up in there if it is turned off ?

Just to add some details for any future readers, the screenshot shows 2 tickets rather than 2 events, one of those tickets is expired and the other is not.
Expired tickets within events are not the same as an expired event as a single event can have multiple tickets (and DateTimes). An Expired event is when all of the DateTimes within that event are in the past, the above event has an upcoming DateTime so is not expired.
You can tell Event Espresso to not display expired tickets on the ticket selector in the same section as above only changing the settings within the ‘Ticket Selector Template Settings’ section, so:
Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates -> Ticket Selector Template Settings
Set ‘Show Expired Tickets’ to No and save.
