authorize.net payment goes to not found

When one goes to register for an event and process payment it simply goes to a page that states not found. The person is getting registered but payment isn’t processing. This worked fine with EE4 but we had to roll back because EE4 didn’t do coupons now we can’t accept payments. PLEASE HELP!!!! This is a huge problem.

Hi Stacey,

When you say you rolled back, did you revert to a database backup from before you updated to EE4, or just switch the plugin back to EE3?

If you go to Event Espresso -> System Status. Under ‘Registration Pages’ are all the url’s green?

Hello

We had to uninstall 4 and go install 3. The following are page not found

Transaction Notification Page Page not set
Cancel Return Page Page not set

The others are as follows.

Event Page #838 – http://painted-vine.com/event-registration/
Payment/Thank You Page #710 – http://painted-vine.com/thank-you/

The transactions just fail though.

Hello

I figured it out. It was because all of those reg pages were’t set. I guess 4 auto sets those.
