Authorize.net Amount Paid showing 0, Transaction Complete

Hi, we are experiencing a strange issue since our last upgrade. Every one of our paid events are showing that attendees have paid 0.00, yet the transaction was complete and the registrant’s card was charged. Our gateway is Authorize.net.

I noticed since the upgrade the total_cost and amount_pd columns no longer match, which seems to be the root of the issue. In some cases, both the total_cost and amount_pd are both 0, even though the actual cost of the event and the amount charged are not 0. In other cases, the total_cost is not 0 and correct, but the amount paid is recorded as 0.

This only started with our most recent upgrade in late July. Do you have any insight into why this may be happening and how to correct it? Thanks for your help.

I am have the same issue with version 3.1.34.1.P. Authorize.net AIM allows the user to purchase the event, but the amount paid shows up as Zero and there is not error at checkout. I have also verified that no transactions have occurred through the authorize.net account.

Ours is slightly different in that the charges are going through to Authorize, but the paid amount is not being translated back to EE.

Figured it out. My problem was that I needed to re-copy the gateway files (specifically the process_payments.php script) to my uploads directory. Once I did this, the transaction cost and amount paid now match with a successful transaction.
