Attendees not appearing on list / no confirmation email

We received a Paypal confirmation that someone RSVPed to an event we recently added however, no attendees are showing up on the attendee list on the back end, and we are not receiving our typical confirmation email with the attendee information from our connected question group. This is only happening with one event as we can tell, and I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is. This is the event registration page:

Hi there,

You can check the PayPal IPN log to see if there’s any information that was sent back to your site by PayPal when the payment was made. For EE3, the log is located in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/logs. You can either FTP into the server or view log file from your host’s control panel.
