Attendees having trouble registering

When attendees add their name and other attendee names and click proceed to payment they continually are being redirected back to re-enter attendee information with an error message that all fields with an asterisk need to be completed. All areas with an asterisk have been completed.

Can you link me an event I can run a test registration on?

If you run a test registration whilst logged into the site do you get through to the payment options step?
