The count shows they are counted but are not displayed in all attendees. I am using 3.1.26. we have used this version before and never had this problem. |

I have been watching this for a while now, when a user signs up for event I see them in event manager but a couple of minutes later they disappear from the database. I can’t figure out what is going on. |
Hi Dave, Is the WP user integration add-on active, and if so, are the registrants that are disappearing from the list signing up as members? |

I do not have wp user integration installed. But I see the people and if I look back later they are gone. |

I upgraded to 3.27.1 and still the attendees are disappearing. When an attendee pays the previous attendee disappears. |

I might have solved the problem don’t know yet, I noticed that one of my events has two prices for it, when they choose the second price the person who registered before them disappears, if they choose the first price nothing happens and if they don’t choose this event and add it to their cart nothing happens. I separated the event into two separate ones to see if this fixes the problem. |
Hi Dave, If you could also enable full logging from the Event Espresso>General Settings screen, we will be able to look into the logs and possibly find what is causing this to happen. |

I turned on logging because even though I split the events I see still see the attendees disappearing. |

Hi Dave, We may need to look at the database while we try to track down what is going on, so if you can send WordPress admin credentials we look at the db, and if you can send FTP credentials we can look at the log files.
