Attendee Import when there multiple attendees to one registrant

I apologise if this is a repost. I thought I had sent this but cannot find it in my support log.

I have the Attendee importer. It seems to work only if each attendee is registeringing(ed) separately. I want to import attendees as additional attendees.

For example I import 11 attendees.

At present the importer creates 11 seperate registrations.

What I want is 1 registration with 10 additional attendees.

Is this possible?

Hi there,

I remembered answering this recently so checked into your account and found your previous thread HERE 🙂

To answer your question, currently every registration will be imported individually.

The only way to link registrations in groups is to manually re-create the registrations by adding them via the ‘Add a registration’ option in the admin.
