Since approximately 2017, people have been able to click on our “contact us” link and would be directed to a form to submit their inquiry. This process does not appear to work correctly now. It throws a “[caldera_form id=”CF628af3cd71abb”]” error.
Thank you for March 2024 help in resolving issues with Event Espresso 5.0.17, .18, and .18, WordPress, Mailchimp, Updraft Plus. I wonder if the March 2024 problems have any connection to the caldera form problems.
Sure could use your help is resolving the caldera issues/problems.

Hi Linda,
[caldera_form id="CF628af3cd71abb"] isn’t actually an error, thats a shortcode for another plugin (Caldera Forms) just being output directly to the page.
That likely means the Caldera Forms plugin is not activate on the site.
Go to Dashboard -> Plugins.
Can you see ‘Caldera Forms’ listed there?
If so can you add a screenshot of how it looks?
