Approved despite being Incomplete (paid $0)

This is an email I just got from an honest customer:

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am sending this email in regards to the tickets. I went to go pay for them online and it redirected me to PayPal which I was not able to finish and timed out. Yet I have been sent the tickets. Did the card process or do I still need to be charged? Thank you for your time.

Hi there,

If you edit the ‘Country Line Dancing’ event that user registered onto, look within the registration options on the right and find the ‘Default Registration Status’ setting – http://take.ms/UGECC

What is that currently set to?

Yeah that’s the problem, most of the time you will always want that setting set as Pending Payment.

You can change that setting for any existing events from within the event itself. However you’ll also want to check the ‘Default Settings’ tab at the top of the page – http://take.ms/OLB40

That setting is used as the default for any new events you create.
