API Error Code

Hello,

I just installed EE on a multisite with the intent to use it only on the primary site.

WP Version 3.6
EE Version 3.1.35.P

I’m getting this message in my dashboard..

Event Espresso API cannot work because it appears URL Rewrite is turned off. Please activate it from Settings -> Permalinks, and there select the ‘post name’ option for URLs.

I have made this change and confirmed it saved but still get the message.

I have been unable to locate this topic.

How do I solve this?

Hi there,

The Event Espresso JSON API may not be compatible with your WP Multisite permalinks configuration.

Event Espresso is tested and supported primarily on Singlesite installtions of WordPress.
