I upgraded and I am getting this error. I went through the data migration and everything it said to do.
Here is my important information: WordPress Version:
4.4.2
PHP Version:
5.4.45
MySQL Version:
5.5.40
Event Espresso Version:
4.8.35.p
WordPress Address (URL):
http://hpoint.org
Site address (URL):
http://hpoint.org
I have two different events that were already active and I am getting this error of them both.
I need this fixed immediately because these events are live!!

I think I may have gotten it fixed. It looks like it changed the url name for the event link once I updated. I put the registration url for the clickable link and it is now taking my to the event registration page.
