Hey all, I am having an issue with registration which only occurs on one server. The whole story is I am providing a class to a large network of hospitals. The registration process works fine on all systems except when enrolling though the hospital servers. The problem occurs like this: 1) Pick the event. I understand this obviously has something to do with their servers only, I was just hoping someone here has any idea on how to fix it. Thanks! |
Hi there, Can you tried disabling the reCaptcha feature for that one site? Their servers may not be compatible with the reCaptcha module. If that does not help, then you can check with the server admin to see if they’ve got a built in caching mechanism that can be disabled for any of the pages that serve the registration checkout. |

Hey, I believe the reCaptcha module is only used when accessing WordPress admin site. Do you think I should still remove it? |
I don’t believe that one would affect Event Espresso. You go to Event Espresso > Registration Form > Reg Form Settings and disable the reCaptcha feature there. |

Hey Josh, That one was already disabled, I never used it. Thanks for the suggestion though. I can ask if they have a built in caching mechanism that can be disabled for any of the pages that serve the registration checkout. |
Whilst waiting for a reply from the host (you’ll need the pages listed HERE excluded from caching) could you link us to an event we can test this on? |

Hey Tony, Sure, any of the events on this page: http://www.prestigemedical.org/enroll Thanks! |
Hello, This error is appearing during registration checkout: Your theme may need to be updated to clear that error: — |

Hey, Thanks for the suggestion.. How do I see this error myself? My theme and plugins are all updated, so as per the next suggestion I will try to deactivate plugins and see if one of them is causing it. Thanks |
Hi Alexander, To view that error just load Chrome Dev Tools or similar (most browser now have an set of ‘dev tools’) Then view the ‘console’ within there and run through a registration until the error is thrown. |
