Alternate emails not sending to alternate email address

They send to the main email on account settings but not the alternate email. Any ideas why? I have 9 events and all need to be sent to the alternate email address for each event but does not seem to be working. Thanks for the help

Could you let us know the version of Event Espresso that you are using?

Here is what I have..

Event Espresso version 3.1.36.4.P
WordPress version WP 3.7.3

Hi,

Please backup and update to the latest version of Event Espresso:

Also, the alternate email feature will copy the email. It does not replace the admin email address.

If you are experiencing issues with emails going to the JUNK/spam folder, then I would give Postmark or Mandrill a try.
