Alignment of UL changes after applying ThemeRoller style

After applying a ThemeRoller style, the alignment of my UL checkboxes, radio buttons, etc changes as sampled here:

The shot on the right is without a ThemeRoller style and the one on the left is the Cupertino style but any style results in the same alignment. I also noticed the same misalignment in a few of your showcase sites.

Any idea how to correct the misalignment?

Usually a few CSS tweaks can make that happen. Are you familiar with FireBug or the Chrome Web inspector? If not, here’s a good primer:
