Administrator can't access Transactions or Registrations page

Hi,
I just started getting this error when trying to go to the Transactions and Registrations pages via admin

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

This is only happening on one site. The other are using the same exact plugins, add-ons, and the latest EE4 version. I have all capabilities checked in the User Role Editor plugin.

Can you go to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset page and hit the “Reset Event Espresso Capabilities” button?

I just did that, but still getting the same error.

Can you try logging in with a different administrator level account, then try opening those pages?
