I am having a weird issue where a couple of the admin pages load initially but then redirect to a blank page, but keeping the same URL. The pages doing this for me are:
- Venues – /wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_venues
- Registration Form – wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_registration_form
So far it seems to be caused by the “New @ Event Espresso” meta box. Admin pages that don’t have this meta box are fine. If I deactivate ACF Pro, the page works as the “New @ Event Espresso” meta box throws errors related to the ACF Plugin instead of trying to load its content.
Any ideas as to why this is happening? I am using EE 4.8.13.p.

Other pages doing this include:
- General Settings – /wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_general_settings
- Payment Settings – /wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_payment_settings
- Help & Support – /wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_support
All of these pages also have the “New @ Event Espresso” meta box. It seems like as soon as the content for this meta box loads is when the redirect to a blank page happens.

I’ve commented out lines 2033-2036 in /core/admin/EE_Admin_Page.core.php. This is where the add_meta_box function is called. This resolves my issue until the meta box is fixed.
