Hi there,
You folks updated the look and feel of your plugin last year and we’ve been really struggling every since with legibility. All the text is too big and the padding/margins are squishing what would normally fit into a person’s monitor and making it really difficult for my one client to use.

Especially the media library. When adding a photo to an event, the amount of space needed for our panels makes it so you can’t see the first column of images. Do you have some css that we could employ to help us get rid of all this extra space?

Here is a screenshot: https://toolbox4web.com/wp-content/uploads/image-4.png

Yes, we do use another plugin called File Bird that provides us folders for the images (that’s what you are seeing on the left). But when we add images to regular pages/posts, it fits fine. There is something up with how your plugin was updated last year and the layout shifts is causing this. Can you please help? It’s driving them crazy and me along with them.

THanks,
Shelly

Were you able to check if there’s a possible plugin/theme conflict that causing these?

You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ or any similar plugin.

You can do the above using Troubleshooting mode:

Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting -> Enabled Troubleshooting mode.

That will disable all plugins and switch to a default theme and then allow you to enable specific plugins troubleshooting mode. You can also do this with your theme. Once disabled you will revert back to the current state.

Once we have this information, we can replicate the issue and submit to our tEEm for discussions.

thanks
