I have been trying to solve this problem : Not getting “Registration Complete” message as an admin. I signed up for the sendgrid account but as an admin , I donot get me confirmation if the registration was completed.. The sendgrid account shows that the mail was delivered. But I check the gmail account and it is not delivered and it is not in the junk folder. Been trying to solve this for 3 weeks now.
Can you tell me what settings should i change to resolve this? Also when I click the test mail. It gets delivered at once.
If send grid shows the email as delivered then EE is working correctly and has triggered the email. Once its been handed over to wp_mail() (and therefor SendGrid) EE has no control over the email, its all down to SendGrid.
Have you tried changing the shortcode to not use a non formatted email? [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL]
Or switched to [CO_EMAIL] as suggested in my previous reply to see if the email is received then?
