Adding Territories to Canadian Provinces List

Hello,

I’m unsure if this has been reported yet, but as I’m organizing our latest event registration, I noticed no territories are listed in the default state/province list. Under Canada, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut are all missing. When I try using “add a new state/province,” neither of the territories are saved for future use.

Is there a way to permanently add the territories to this list internally or have it requested for a future update? Thank you!

Hi,

You can go to Event Espresso > General Settings > Countries then select “Canada” (if not already selected). Then you scroll down past the listed Provinces where you’ll see a main heading “Add New State/Province”. Under that heading you’ll see a Code field and a Name field. You can use those fields to add more. For example to add Yukon you’d input YT into the Code field, input Yukon into the Name field, then click the “Add New State/Province” button.
