I am getting this message, yet when I try to delete it, it says an attendee has used this and won’t let me delete the record. Then when I try to find it the registrations, it doesn’t come up.
new State named “USA (CO)” was dynamically added from an Event Espresso form for the Country of “Afghanistan”.
To verify, edit, and/or delete this new State, please go to the Event Espresso – General Settings > Countries Tab and update the States / Provinces section.
Check “Yes” to have this new State added to dropdown select lists in forms.
How do I turn this feature off?

Hello Melodie,
That is a notice to let you know that you can approve the new entry and then it will become available for use.
If you do not approve it by enabling it through the country settings page, then it won’t be used and you can dismiss.
It can be hidden during registration checkout using a line of CSS:

If it is hidden, then a registrant/attendee won’t be able to suggest an entry for a state/province.
