adding sales under one category- changing in system

For my shows I have up to 3 per category allowed. For my one show when I went to close it out it showed me 8 under the “unique” category, when they were registered under photo…? So instead of have 3 photo- total allowed- i had 5 and now have to return sales. This does not look good on my part and i am looking for help here.

Hi, could you provide a link to an event where we can see how this is setup?

It sounds you you have several ticket options per event for different categories and someone purchased more than what was available.
