Adding info to Contact list

We currently have a questionnaire for all our registrants when they register for events. How can I make it so that this list of questions shows in the Contact List?

Hello,

That information can’t be shown from the Contact List tab. However, it can be accessed by clicking on the first or last name and on the page clicking on the registration link:
