Add Ticket Surcharge

Hi there,

Is there any way to add a 75p ticket surcharge to all events? We’re currently only using one payment gateway.

Hi Joe,

What you can do is go into the advanced section of the ticket editor (click the gear icon ), then add a “Dollar Surcharge” Price modifier to a new ticket with an event. Then you check the box next to “use this new ticket as a default ticket for any new events”.

Going forward all new tickets in all new events will automatically add the ticket surcharge.
