Add Template Variation to Template Pack. Not sure of the syntax

Hi, I was hoping I might get some advice/suggestions on how to add custom css (variations) to the custom template pack found on github
EE_Messages_Template_Pack_New_Template_Pack.class.php

I am not sure how to override the default css variations.
