I purchased two add-ons, but now that I am installing them I cannot find the zip file that they are asking to upload. I tried uploading the entire folder that downloaded, but that did not work.

Hi,
Some browsers (notably Safari) will automatically unzip a .zip file after downloading the file. You could turn this setting off. In the menu bar, go Safari > Preferences. In the “General” tab, uncheck “Open ‘safe’ files after downloading”. This will stop Safari from automatically unzipping the files.

Alternatively you could use a browser like Firefox or Chrome to download the files.
